Pancake Flight Four stacks of silver dollar pancakes, each prepared differently with a common theme.
This week’s theme: In Love with Melons
1. Watermelon: Passion fruit buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh watermelon, raspberry honey and chifonade mint.
2. Cantaloupe: Cantaloupe-Mango Basil Salad on top of buttermilk cakes with balsamic glaze and sweet cottage cheese.
3. Honey dew: Strawberry-honey dew Jello on top of buttermilk cakes with coconut whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
4. Melons with Chocolate: Cantaloupe topped with chocolate ganache, ground toasted almonds, in between buttermilk pancakes with strawberry coulis.
